Compensation :
Pay Range: $81,525 - $132,475 / year

Description:

To manage the daily operations of the EEG monitoring workforce including but not limited to the successful management of day to day operations, optimal deployment of staff, the development and implementation of a sustainable recruitment and retention strategy, maintaining fiscal responsibility, ensuring appropriate and optimal documentation and effective utilization of department resources. To conduct ongoing analysis of EEG monitoring practice operations, human resources and compliance, to optimize the department s operational activities in support of delivering high quality services in a dynamic and growing service line. To promote collaboration amongst the interdisciplinary teams on the units and in the operating rooms. To partner with epilepsy faculty and strategically enhance the EEG monitoring workforce for optimal workload distribution and top of license practice. To work closely with physician, nursing and operational leadership to manage and lead efforts to improve financial and clinical outcomes.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or a related field and four (4) years experience required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Proficiency in Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
