MANAGER, GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS AND PHILANTHROPY, SOLVE, to serve a key role in driving significant revenue for Solve to realize its mission to solve world challenges and support social entrepreneurs and impact leaders in advancing their work.  Will build and manage Solve’s pipeline of prospects (sponsors, corporate and foundation support, individuals, etc.) and donor opportunities and execute its overall fundraising strategy, including lead generation, prospect outreach, writing and tailoring proposals, solicitation, closing deals, managing relationships, stewarding, renewing, reporting, etc.  Responsibilities include initiating and closing $100,000-$1million+ sponsorships, grants, gifts, and other funding; creating and implementing strategic fundraising plans and prospecting campaigns; building and managing a major gifts portfolio of 100-150 prospects; developing briefings and reports; organizing and/or representing Solve at conferences/workshops/events; researching, identifying, and preparing grant applications and partnership agreements; designing and managing outreach and relationship cataloging and reporting systems; strategizing and preparing for Solve’s first major campaign; and other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree in business administration, fundraising, marketing, or related area; at least three years’ business development, fundraising, and partnership development experience, preferably for social impact and/or nonprofit organizations; record of and proven ability to effectively build relationships with world-class corporate, foundation, and individual donors/sponsors and to design and deliver sponsor packages and proposals of $100,000-$1m+; extensive contacts with relevant corporations/foundations/individuals that can be utilized immediately; excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, collaborate and build consensus, and manage multiple competing priorities.  PREFERRED:  experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM.  Job #21457-10
