Responsible for promoting excellent campus relations and client satisfaction and meeting the needs of the campus efficiently and effectively.

Monitor sales, inventory, and other financial performance goals against budget, prior history, and other benchmarks, including monthly financial reporting. Complete monthly billing and journal entries.

Ensure proper use of POS and inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory, using proper receiving, invoice payment, accounts receivable, and customer sales processes, including managing e-commerce order activity.

Promote safety and security of people and inventory or other assets through effective loss prevention techniques, minimizing inventory shrinkage or other losses.

Assist with development of annual financial projections for store based upon history, trend analysis, and operational goals.

Responsible for store operations including, coordinating store hours with campus, store opening and closing, and daily reconciliation of cash, bank deposits, and other forms of payment. Work closely with FSU Athletics regarding games and operation times to set Wink ProShop operating hours.

In cooperation with Human Resources, assist with interviews, selection, and training of new employees.

Ensure employee compliance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Assess staff training needs and recommends training accordingly.

In cooperation with Human Resources, evaluate performance, recommend and administer corrective action. Conduct performance reviews for all store staff.

Carry out responsibilities in accordance with University policies and applicable laws.

Report directly to the Executive Director for Auxiliary Enterprises.

Supervise all full-time, part-time and student staff in the assigned campus store. Determine employee work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient store operations and achieve financial targets.
Ensure excellent customer service through the development and revision of store policies and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and issues.

Proactively influence merchandise assortment, identifying collaborative partnership opportunities on campus, analyzing customer and campus needs, source and purchase merchandise, and coordinating timely feedback with merchandise sourcing resources.

Oversee the administration of the textbook and course material ordering program offered in partnership with the contracted online textbook partner.

Provide flexible, responsive, and high-quality service to all students, staff and community members, and seek continual improvement of current practices and procedures.

Support cultural diversity and sensitivity through the daily performance of duties and responsibilities. Be inclusive by being respectful of individual differences and well as opinions of those who are affected by decisions.

Assists with the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing and sales promotion activities with campus, including merchandising display, social media, and advertising.

Perform any other duties assigned within the position classification area.

Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members.
