| Job Description | General Description: The Manager, Construction Services is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and supervisory oversight of the College’s non-capital construction program. The position supervises a team of Project Managers responsible for project delivery across multiple campuses and may serve as Project Manager for assigned projects as needed. The Manager, Construction Services reviews project scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, design documents, and project reporting to ensure consistency with College standards, VCCS requirements, CPSM guidelines, and established project management practices, including safety, quality and customer service. *This position is not eligible for telework.* Duties and Tasks:
*This position is restricted and is funded with non-continuous or non-recurring funding and is subject to continuation based on fiscal year funds and the needs of the College. |
