Summary of Position
This is a skilled position whose overall duties and responsibilities are to assure that the following listed duties and tasks are efficiently accomplished.
Minimum Required Education
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
College or Technical Service School preferred.
Minimum Required Experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in construction or maintenance, OR
1 Year related experience with a vocational training certificate
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in all aspects of the building trades.
  • Must have skills required for maintenance such as drywall, tile, roofing, insulation, ceiling grid, cabinet building
  • Self-Starter
  • Must have sufficient command of the English Language to accomplish assigned responsibilities.
