Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team with a strong clinical background and passionate about providing high-quality care to women. The Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine is seeking an LVN to join our Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility practice.

Responsibilities:

-Provide patient education to fertility and obstetric patients

-Assist with fertility procedures performed by the fertility physicians including ultrasounds, intrauterine inseminations and saline ultrasounds

-Perform phlebotomy and high-level disinfection for fertility patient care

-Work with the Fertility nursing and physician staff to care for patients on diagnostic testing and treatment

-Possible rotation through weekend days for morning coverage of the fertility practice


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Highschool diploma or GED

License/Certifications:

  • Current, unrestricted California LVN License required
  • Specialty certification preferred
  • BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a specialty that involves coordination of care preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Fertility Clinic preferred
  • 1 year of acute care experience
