Our biorepository contains patient specimens (serum, plasma, and frozen tissue) from over 4000 thoracic surgical encounters. In addition, we currently hold DNA and RNA sequencing data for nearly 2000 lung cancer patients, with annotated clinical follow up. Finally, a motivated team of Rush clinicians is excited to partner with an established translational researcher to ask original questions and apply these findings in the clinical setting.
