Summary of Position
Located at UNH Durham campus, provide Tier II/III support for 300+ LST managed systems across 500+ classroom/conference room/lab spaces in UNH Durham, UNH Manchester, and UNH Law (Concord). Provide remote Tier III support for greater USNH’s 250+ classroom/conference/huddle/lab spaces across Keene State College, and Plymouth State University, with <10% travel required to remote locations. Lead LST Technical Services team in ITSM incident resolution pertaining to LST managed systems. Lead LST Technical Services in the maintenance/service/installation of LST software, hardware, network, and general infrastructure that comprise LST systems according to LST, ET&S and industry standards.
Reports to LST Engineer II. Develop audiovisual/environmental automation programming for USNH spaces. Explore, develop, design, and execute network-based software and hardware LST solutions. Maintain the security and general infrastructure that comprise LST systems. Maintain databases/records of related LST systems and networked system components. Train LST system end-users, both faculty and staff. Train internal LST staff on current and emerging technologies. Work with external and internal partners, including Facilities project managers, audiovisual contractors, audiovisual consultants, and USNH clients, attending meetings, maintaining communications, and providing deliverables to ensure audiovisual projects are successful.
