Position Summary: The coordinator organizes and manages the intercampus delivery route. Additionally, the Coordinator assists the Director and Assistant Director of Print and Mail Services in fulfilling in-house or vendor-related projects. This is an in-person position.
Position Responsibilities: 
  • Organize and execute the intercampus delivery route as needed, safely and effectively.
  • Organize intercampus and logistics efficiently to minimize hiccups and maximize execution of plans. This includes coordinating with other teams to ensure appropriate direction is given from events team to facilities for branding placements.
  • Advanced planning of supplies needed and best acquisition practices from external vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of the printing process, embroidery and heat transfer garment production.
Experience & Education Background: Organizational experience in a dynamic setting.
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Experience embroidering garments.
Experience with heat pressing garments a plus.
Skills & Competencies: Team player, ready to pitch in where needed due to the eclectic mix of jobs received.
Embroidery and heat transfer skills
Ability to work in person - this is not a remote position.
Salary Range: $27.75 - $27.75 per hour
