JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The University Libraries is seeking a Library Services Associate to provide collection management, data processing, and analysis assistance.

Job Duties:

• Collects, organizes, analyzes, and processes collections data for Subject Librarians' Collection Management decisions. Identifies and addresses staff and librarians of specific collection needs.

• Updates reports and catalog records to facilitate the maintenance of the collections. Provides input on project priorities.

• Provide support and leadership for the part-time staff at the Life Sciences service desk. Monitors anatomical model collection circulation and discharge processes.

• Develops part-time desk staff schedule and updates changes as necessary.

Requirements:

An Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$38,300.00 - $55,500.00
