|Summary of Duties||
The Moritz College of Law Library is seeking an evening supervisor for all circulation services; primary duties include daily supervision of library circulation assistants (7-12) to provide customer service, stack maintenance responsibilities, processing of OSU, OhioLink, and interlibrary loan; assists with circulation responsibilities including library closing procedures, maintenance of photocopiers, collection maintenance, basic reference and directional assistance, student training, and special projects. During the regular academic year, the position hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Friday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Hours vary during holiday and intersession periods; this position reports to the Law Circulation Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent certificate; 300 hours training in library practices and procedures (or three months of experience); 200 hours training in use of computer terminal and/or audio-visual equipment (or two months of experience); or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree; strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team member; knowledge of library computer applications, email and Internet Organizational, problem solving and prioritizing skills; knowledge of OhioLink or OSU library system and catalog; knowledge of Sierra; customer service experience.
