The University of Oklahoma Office of Technology Commercialization is seeking a student intern to provide analysis and decision support for legal and business aspects pertaining to intellectual property.  This position will assist OTC counsel and staff with patent applications, licensing negotiations and contract review as well as other legal matters pertaining to the creation, protection and commercialization of intellectual property.

This position will interact with OU OTC staff, inventors, licensees, external counsel and other parties involved in the commercialization process.  Work will be performed at OU OTC offices and other locations as needed.

Job Requirements

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring 2024 Term as a Law Student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

  • Must attach Spring 2024 class schedule
  • Must be enrolled in the current Spring 2024 semester at the OU College of Law
