in Operations and Information Management Division for the 2022-23 academic year. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate/graduate classes in Business Intelligence, core information technology and operations management. Our preference is for candidates with teaching experience.  The candidate should be proficient in programming languages, specifically

SQL

, noSQL, Python, and Tableau.  The candidate must also have knowledge of machine learning applications.  Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching and willing to teach in integrated and online programs.


Division Summary: The Operations and Information Management Division at Babson College includes faculty with expertise teaching and researching issues related to evolving technologies that accelerate and change the nature of the design, development, production, and distribution of information, products, and services.  The current opening is for the area of our division focused on Business Intelligence and current faculty in this area are engaged in research and teaching on issues related to the collection, storage, analysis and visualization of data.  Our faculty publish in a wide range of outlets including journals of the Academy of Management,

as well as having a regular presence in practitioner outlets such as Sloan Management Review and Harvard Business Review.
