The Mathematics Department at Princeton University seeks to appoint a Lecturer to teach courses and course sections, like Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Multi-Variable Calculus, and to design, implement, and lead additional academic support opportunities for students at Princeton. The lecturer will also support the development of Math placement and orientation materials for incoming first-year students.

Appointment will be for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on departmental need and sufficient course enrollments, with a possible start date of July 1, 2022. Appointment will include teaching at least four undergraduate courses per academic year. Review of applications will begin immediately.

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in mathematics or related fields, demonstrated experience working with a diverse population of student learners, experience in creating and implementing inclusive pedagogy, and classroom teaching experience. Candidates should be accomplished educators and scholars who have teaching and research experience and a track record of mentoring undergraduate students in innovative assignments.
