Cornell University Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy 

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer - Race and Public Policy
The Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy is seeking candidates with expertise in race and public policy whose record in teaching, engagement, and/or research has prepared them to contribute to Cornell's broad institutional commitment to diversity and to the Brooks School of Public Policy's specific commitment to educating students on the history of racism, the relationships between public policy and structural racism, and the role of public policy in addressing racial inequality. This position is open to scholars and practitioners alike.  While this position is open to individuals whose work focuses on race and public policy in the United States or abroad (or both), candidates must, at a minimum, be able and willing to teach about race and public policy in the United States.

We will begin reviewing applications on December 15th and applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Applications must include: (a) Cover letter describing professional background and qualifications for the position; (b) Curriculum vitae; (c) Teaching statement; (d) up to three examples of written work(s); (e) Statement of contribution to diversity ; and (f) Names of three references (final candidates will be asked to submit letters later).
