Lecturer of Nursing (Fall 2020)




The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing invites application for a 10-month, full-time Simulated Clinical Experiences educator.

Located in the fastest-growing region of the state, the University of North Georgia is a multi-campus university with an enrollment of  nearly 20,000 students, making it one of the largest institutions in the University System of Georgia. Federally designated as a senior military college, one of the university's signature leadership programs is its 800-member Corps of Cadets on UNG's Dahlonega Campus.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and accreditation activities.
  • Participating in department of nursing, university, and community service activities, satisfy committee. appointments, and engaging in professional practice. 
  • Expectations for teaching, scholarship and service.   

  • Masters required.
  • Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse. 
  • Certifications as appropriate.
