Description

The Leadership Signature Program in the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University invites applications for one part-time Lecturer (non-tenure track).

The position is currently expected for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, but additional assignments may be considered based upon performance, program need, and availability of funding.

Position responsibilities will include co-teaching the one-credit, combined Leadership Practicum course, the cornerstone course for the Leadership Signature Program. The Practicum is a unique, hands-on, experiential course providing immersive, student-led opportunities for leadership development. The Leadership Signature Program is in its third year and has experienced tremendous positive growth for Fall 2022 (+50%). An additional lecturer for the Practicum will allow for diverse content development, delivery, assessment, and feedback. The preferred start date is August 15, 2022.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least a Master’s Degree and several years of leadership-related professional experience. Prior teaching and leadership development experience are strongly preferred. All applicants should have potential for excellence in teaching and have excellent communication skills.
