Description: The Dance Program at the Lewis Center for the Arts is seeking accomplished performers and/or choreographers who have a distinguished track record for teaching technique, repertory, and/or composition. The program is interested in candidates who are proficient in modern, contemporary, and somatic practices. These positions are one semester, non-tenure track, and potentially renewable. Any anticipated position is expected to begin in January 2024 or September 2024. To apply, please include a CV, cover letter, reference contact information, and a sample syllabus. Teaching experience as a performer/choreographer is required. Individuals who can demonstrate a deep commitment to undergraduate teaching and advising are preferred.
