The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Department of Medical Education is seeking an experienced lecturer. The primary responsibility of the appointee is to teach in the Public Health Baccalaureate Program, a baccalaureate degree granting program within the College of Medicine. The  Program fosters a community of scholars with diverse educational backgrounds and expertise, and provides a welcoming environment for growth and success for all its members. 

• Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars.
• Attend meetings, participate in governance, prepare materials for teaching.
• Evaluate and develop curriculum for department and/or college.
• Courses taught include baccalaureate-level “Evidence Based Public Health” MEDS 4053, 3 credit hours.
• This is primarily a teaching position, but we encourage pursuit of the appointees professional and personal growth, including development of new courses as well as scholarly activity in the fields of education & pedagogical innovation.

A doctoral degree (DrPH or Ph.D) in Public Health and demonstrated proficiency in teaching.
