Summary of Position
Under general supervision, provide on-site oversight, maintenance, technical and customer support of assigned campus audiovisual systems for the University System of New Hampshire ET &S Learning Space Technologies department. Assume the role of primary campus subject matter expert and contact for these systems as they relate to standard USNH – wide LST Operations. This position requires a technical background in audiovisual, multimedia, and computing technologies. Experience in pedagogical principles, networking, Avixa CTS Certification is highly useful but not necessary. Oversee upgrades, repairs, and replacement of equipment for assigned campus locations. Some travel will be required between campuses in the central region of New Hampshire. Participate in the classroom design and upgrade planning process. Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered services, make improvements as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional media or related field and three years of related experience, or Associate’s and five years of experience.
  • Technical competence with audiovisual, computer and control system integration as well as audio and video signal characteristics.
  • Familiarity with major instructional technology vendors, products and technologies.
  • Budget and supervisory experience.
  • Project management experience and organizational skills.
