Job Description

To assist the University of Oklahoma with welcoming new international students at the Will Rogers International Airport. Student will work directly with the International Student Programs Coordinator to organize student airport workers, schedules, and facilitate OU-sponsored international student transportation.

This position is temporary and will only be active during January 2023 (employment dates are tentatively January 4th through the16th). Hired student must attend mandatory training (date TBD).

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.


  • Must attach SPRING 2023 ONE class schedule.

Skills:



  • Must be able to work with an international population, students, faculty, staff, and the general public.

Advertised Physical Requirements: 


  • Ability to engage in repetitive motions: grasp objects with fingers or hands; able to reach above head; stand, including standing for short or extended time periods; speak, including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others; lift 15-44 pounds.
Department Preferences:
  • Students who are internationally minded and have general knowledge about campus locations and services.
  • Students with current US Driver's License and having at least one year of driving experience.
  • Students with experience working as Airport Student Workers in the past
