Responsibilities

The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Lead Data Analyst to join the DMH-UCLA Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP). You will work under the project Principal Investigator. Primary duties include:

Consult with PMHP staff to manage program evaluation and research activities

Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data related to literature reviews, research and evaluation

Consult with PMHP staff to interpret and disseminate evaluation results, develop reports, presentations and data dashboards

Initiate and maintain effective working relationships with LAC-DMH agency staff and evaluation stakeholders

Interface with LAC-DMH agency staff to help stakeholders apply evaluation results to quality improvement goals/strategies

Train/develop staff to use continuous quality improvement and performance-based care methods
Other duties as assigned

Note: This position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19. Interactions with team members currently take place primarily over email, Slack and Zoom.
