Lead 340B Compliance Analyst


Department:
University Hospital | 340B Contract Pharmacy Administration

This position reports to the 340B Program Manager and is responsible for leading all 340B program compliance and operations within the University Hospital covered entity. This position supervises the work of 1-2 compliance analysts in addition to the duties outlined below


 

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare or finance related field required
    • Master’s degree preferred
    • Extensive experience (5 years) as a pharmacy technician in a hospital or retail setting
    • Extensive experience (5-10 years) with 340B program management
    • Considerable experience (3 years) in data analysis and interpretation
    • Considerable experience (3 years) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent leadership and teaching skills

    Desired Education and Experience

    • Considerable experience (5-10 years) with the 340B Drug Pricing Program
    • Considerable experience (3 years) with electronic health record reporting

    Certifications/Licenses

    • Meet and maintain minimum competency requirement for a Pharmacy Technician, including PTCB Certification
    • Completion of 340B University
    • Completion of 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification
