Lab Manager - Temporary

The EZ Lab within the Department of Computer Science seeks a Lab Manager. This is a part-time position of 2 hours/week. 

 

This position is temporary.



    • Monthly and ad hoc scheduling among lab members and external colleagues
    • Maintain lab accounts (Google Drive, Notion, Slack); add new users when people join the lab; remove old users when they leave.
    • Assist with onboarding/orientation of new lab members; ensure people leave their data and files in an organized way with README files upon departure.
    • Tracking expenses and reimbursements
    • Arranging travel
    • Serving as a liaison with on-site administrative support
    • Other duties as agreed upon by both parties


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of lab management or administrative experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
