Candidate will collect clinical isolates, prepare glycerol stocks, extract DNA, conduct PCR, and prepare samples for whole genome sequencing. Candidate will oversee organization of lab tasks with other lab members and purchase lab supplies. Candidate will supervise and train junior lab assistants.
The hourly compensation range for this role is $24.77 - $29.49 An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate, position requirements, AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
