The Obenaus Laboratory in the Division of Biomedical Sciences, School of Medicine, University of California
Riverside is seeking a Laboratory Manager to manage an interdisciplinary laboratory. Responsibilities will include
assisting with surgery and experimental protocols, managing breeding colonies, scheduling experiments, performing
daily animal care, collaborating with our research colleagues, maintaining and troubleshooting lab equipment,
ordering supplies, maintaining laboratory compliance, analyzing data, performing basic and advanced bench
protocols, and participating in weekly laboratory meetings.

The full salary range for the Laboratory Manager is $64,496.38 to $103,718.76 per year. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $78,608.68 per year. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
