Position Summary | Dermatology is seeking to hire an enthusiastic individual to join our team to support our IT needs. We are a diverse department within the School of Medicine. We provide excellent education and support to our residents, faculty, medical students and our community. The IT Support Tech plays a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to various members of the department including faculty, staff, community providers and students. The primary responsibilities revolve around offering customer service and support through phone, email and in-person requests. This includes addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through many hardware and software channels used at UNM. Key duties for this role may include:

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. |
