Summary of Job Duties:

The IT Service Desk Agent is responsible for a wide range of activities related to helpdesk support such as updating tickets from member institutions, maintaining accurate knowledge base articles, maintaining accurate equipment records, and assisting staff members with the use of their computer equipment.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated analytics skills and be able to coordinate activities in a collegial and collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

The formal education of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in computer applications support, network operations support, or a related field.


Salary Information:


$15.00 per hour
