IT PROJECT MANAGER

Work closely with the Academic Database Analysts, Web programmers, CMS programmers and other IT internal technical resources to design and implement additional data flows and analytics structures to support reporting and analytics needs across campus

ADMINISTRATION/LEADERSHIP
This role will provide coaching, mentorship and training for others on project management tools and techniques and create sustained training materials through a variety of media on project management best practices.

This role will own the project and portfolio management processes working with leadership to define success and ensure project and portfolio results align with UWT IT priorities.  This role will strategically identify areas for continuous improvement and work closely with IT leadership to hone their knowledge of PMO processes.

TECHNOLOGY TRAINING
Develop and deliver student technology training for the campus, including undergraduate and graduate new student orientations, registration sessions, program orientations and freshman core sessions; Manage student technology training by planning and coordinating technology workshops including supervision and hiring of student trainers to teach the workshops; Work collaboratively with other campus units to design and deliver staff technology training by planning, coordinating and conducting one-on-one group sessions, if appropriate; Research, write and produce clear documentation and other instructional and technical materials for IT.
