IT MANAGER, Corporate Relations/Industrial Liaison Program (ILP), to lead infrastructure support, maintenance, and operations for IT systems, hardware, and software for a 50+ and growing office.  Will work with senior staff to conceptualize and execute on a strategic vision for internal business processes and new tools to aid external marketing access by ILP member companies/prospects; lead technology solutions and ensure fulfillment of user requirements; collaborate on determining how IT systems should be managed to meet objectives; plan and prioritize IT support activities to ensure reliability, effective use of resources, and resolution of staff technology requirements; recommend and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and technical standards; and manage vendors and ensure contracts are in place. 


Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in related field; seven years’ related experience; working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, MS Office 365, MS Outlook/Exchange, and macOS and iOS in an enterprise environment; understanding of and ability to troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, TCP/IP, and SMB file/printer sharing; solid grasp of security best practices; IT certifications in related fields; experience managing IT vendors/contractors; project management experience; experience setting and implementing systems architecture strategy and managing a full program lifecycle (requirements, scope, schedule, resources, testing, quality, release, costs, and changes) for infrastructure initiatives; and knowledge of database, web, and reporting applications.  PREFERRED:  security certification; experience with JAMF macOS mobile device management solutions and Amazon Web Service; experience diagnosing and repairing Mac hardware; basic understanding of Oracle, MS Access, and MySQL/MariaDB databases and how to connect to them (ODBC); and experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Umbraco, Episerver and Sitecore development and administration, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox, Tableau Desktop, and Code42 administration.  Job #20219-9
