Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include: Occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; occasionally transporting objects up to 10lbs-25lbs; and regularly sitting/standing at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; may include some evenings, nights, and weekends per departmental needs.
Job Summary
This position provides user and administrative support for the information systems administered by Human Resources Training & Development. This involves supporting the learning management system (LMS) and performance management System (PM) within SAP SuccessFactors by serving as the online administrator. This position is responsible for staying up to date on SAP SuccessFactors releases, creating and implementing test scripts, updating the user interface (UI), and assisting management in identifying end user needs and requests.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will be proficient in administering information systems, have a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, have basic knowledge of system protocols, commitment to quality and accuracy, excellent attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to solve routine problems and manage resources, time management, judgement, and respect for confidentiality and diversity.
