Job Summary

LSAVT is looking to hire a student worker to assist with day-to-day office duties and inventory processes.
- General office tasks such as printing, filing, sorting, answering phone calls, etc.
- Updating and formatting excel spreadsheets and records of projects
- Organizing invoices, packing slips, and quotes for payment
- Check-in and inventory of new equipment
- Unpacking of new equipment
- Disposal of packing materials
- Movement/distribution of new equipment
- Logging of old or broken equipment to be sent to Property Control
- Other tasks as needed


Pay Rate

$15.00/hour


Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Office 365, specifically Excel
• Customer Service Experience
• Summer Availability


Work Hours

Any schedule M-F between 8:00-4:30pm


Functional Expectations

• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Must be able to sit at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
