This position requires the use of the U.G. Government SEVIS system. Candidates selected must meet the criteria outlined to access the system which may include being a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Extended hours during peak periods.

Advises and assists all F-1 international students and visiting scholars on immigration, visa, employment, cultural adjustment and transition matters. Identifies the needs of international students, prioritize needs, and refer students to appropriate resources to meet identified needs

Serves as Designated School Official (DSO) and maintains accurate and up-to-date information on student enrollment, domicile, and employment activities in the SEVIS database. Verifies eligibility, prepares and issues visa documents (DS-2019, I-20).
