Minimum Requirements:

High school equivalent and two years of computer repair or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Description:

An intermittent temporary position working within Dental Informatics to supplement desktop support and assist with desktop refresh and retrofit projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation of Hardware, PC's, and Thin Clients along with Monitors, peripherals at the school or satellite clinics
• Cable management of all installations, new and current.
• Exam support for students.
• Working with the desktop team to plan and execute refresh projects such as Laptop/desktop and thin clients' retrofits.
• Assist with Inventory of Software and Hardware across the different groups within DI.
• Cover phone duties when required.
• Additional tasks as assign by the Desktop supervisor or dept Director.
