Position Description

The Department of Theatre Arts is seeking a Temporary Lighting Designer to design lighting for one Theatre Arts production.  

Duties include:

  • Meet with Director, Technical Director, and other designers on show concept.
  • Design lights, attend production meetings and technical rehearsals.
  • Communication with student lighting crew regarding specifics of the design and implementation.
  • Meet all design deadlines.

Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Expertise in CAD software (Computer Aided Design)
