Job Summary

The Division of Cardiology at the University of Colorado has an opening for a full-time instructor to work at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO as well as Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO. This position is for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for the General Cardiology Program.

This position will include both inpatient and outpatient assessment and management of our adult and adolescent patients in conjunction with our general cardiologists. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Independent assessment and management of general cardiology patients in follow-up
• Support of General Cardiology physicians in clinic
• Inpatient management of patients on the cardiology consult service at Highlands Ranch hospital

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established at $105,000 to $120,000.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

MSN, NP or PA degree

While cardiology experience is preferred, it is not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
