Charter College, an established and growing career college with locations in Washington, Alaska, and Southern California is seeking a qualified part time Day Adjunct Pharmacy Technician program. Our Lacey, WA is rapidly expanding and we are looking for talented instructors to join our faculty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a syllabus consistent with course descriptions for each course to be taught
• Impress upon each student the importance of exhibiting appropriate conduct in the work setting
• Acquire feedback to determine whether students understand each segment of the course
• Maintain academic standards
• Evaluate students' progress often and share those evaluations with them promptly
• Be available to students with concerns
• Review and be guided by student evaluations of instruction
• Play an intricate role in student retention efforts
• Serve on faculty committees
• Attend and participate in official college functions
• Keep on file the official transcripts of your formal studies
• Enroll in such courses of study and participate in such programs for professional growth

Qualifications:

• 3 years of recent practical experience
• CPhT required
• Instructor experience recommended
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, self-directed and flexible

COMPENSATION:

• Part Time
• Paid by each 5 week course taught 2 times a week
• $1,250.00 a course
• (Monday -Thursday)
• 9:00am to 1:00pm

Schedule:

• Our 5 week courses you would teach 2 days a week 4 hours each day

• Lacey, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required)
