The College of Nursing at South Dakota State University is seeking a full-time Instructor or Lecturer position. Under direction of the Assistant Academic Dean for Cooperative Programs, this position will play a crucial role in inspiring and educationg future nursing processionals. This is a 12-month, full-time, benefit-eligible position located in Rapid City, South Dakota. The SDSU College of Nursing has a long history of exceptional nursing education and this is recognized through its designation as a Center of Excellence in Nursing Education by the National League for Nursing. The college’s fully accredited Healthcare Simulation Center across all 4 sites is further evidence of our commitment to high quality education for all students. SDSU Nursing’s history of excellence, innovation and achievement across its graduate and undergraduate programs provides an excellent foundation for growth and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Faculty members plan, implement, and evaluate assigned courses either as an individual assignment or as a member of a teaching team.
