Job Summary


As the Instructor / Assistant Professor, Anatomy and Physiology, you will teach at the undergraduate/graduate level; be involved in course and/or curriculum development; research/scholarship; participate on College and University committees and/or initiatives.

Job Description

Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

Teaches at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as applicable.

Be involved in course and/or curriculum development, research/scholarship.

Participates on College and University committees and/or initiatives.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a healthcare discipline-related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Or

  • Clinical or academic doctorate in a healthcare discipline-related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience teaching anatomy at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience or commitment to engaged learning & teaching. Interest in collaborating both within and outside the University in the development and delivery of instruction resulting in improved student learning. Must value continued scholarship and service to the school and university.

Appointment will be made on a 12-month multi-year appointment basis contract available August 2024.
