The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Digestive Diseases is seeking an academic clinician to lead the Hepatology Section as the Director and work with the Luminal GI service lines in a collaborative manner within and across divisions and departments in the medical center. Faculty rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions
- The individual selected will have patient care responsibilities including, but not limited to Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient hospital service and consults, and endoscopy laboratory procedures.
- The individual will be assigned a pro rata amount of weekend/holiday/night call in accordance with division policies.
- This will be a teaching position and have the opportunity for research based on interest in credentials.
- This position is supported by dedicated advanced practice providers and administrative staff.
- Compensation is highly competitive with the opportunity for incentives based on clinical and/or academic productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board eligible/Board certified Gastroenterologist - Hepatology.
