This role would serve as the primary training and support liaison to instructors who are looking to leverage a variety of instructional technologies such lecture capture, formative assessment tools, eLearning tools and other emerging digital technologies in their courses.

Responsibilities for this role include consulting with individuals looking to integrate new technologies into their coursework; developing and managing a regular schedule of trainings surrounding centrally supported instructional technologies; developing and updating how-to documentation around technology; partnering with instructional designers to encourage pedagogically sound techniques surrounding teaching and learning technologies; providing technical user support to faculty staff and students who are leveraging instructional technologies; monitoring both emerging technologies and institutional/programmatic needs. This position would report to the Manager of Teaching and Learning Technologies and partner with individuals in Information Technology, the Center for Faculty Excellence and Academic Technology and Outreach
