Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Instructional Technology Program Manager creates, coordinates, and manages all faculty training initiatives that support online course development, online teaching, and Quality Matters trainings.


Additional Department Summary: Creates, implements, and manages all faculty training initiatives that support online teaching and learning to include all Quality Matters trainings and workshops.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of instructional technology and/or curriculum development experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of instructional technology and/or curriculum development experience.


Skills and Knowledge: Proficient with instructional technology tools, learning management systems, e-learning development tools, web editing platforms, CRM products, and database platforms.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with instructional design, faculty training design and delivery, and e-learning development.
