The Office of Planning, Analysis and Institutional Research offers a broad array of decision support services to the university community. We facilitate the analysis and interpretation of institutional data and provide information to support planning and decision making.

As our institutional research analyst, you will support critical reporting efforts associated with accreditation, academic program review, and federal compliance. You will also coordinate, collate and submit data required for internal and external reports regarding university activities within the student, human resources, financial, and organized research domains.

To thrive in this role, you must exhibit reliable competency with relational database concepts, as well as data collection and analysis techniques, as needed to translate quantitative and qualitative data into usable information. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Flexible communication skills and a collaborative customer service attitude will also serve you well.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, science, business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package . UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule , Grade 79, based on education and experience.
