| Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
| KSA's/Required Qualifications | Working knowledge of the installation, planning, repair and maintenance of computers, associated peripheral equipment, and desktop software programs including Microsoft Office, and audio/visual equipment. Experience with local area networks. Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting methods and procedures, equipment testing, and use of a variety of diagnostic hardware and software tools and equipment. Experience working with Windows. |
| Additional Considerations | AAS in Computer Information Systems or related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge, skills and abilities may substitute for education and experience. |
