The University of Washington’s Information School is seeking an Informatics Program Manager to provide leadership and support for the administration and operations of the Bachelor of Science in Informatics (INFO) program.

This position provides administrative support to the Informatics Program Chair and collaborates with Academic Services and Student Services in executing INFO program activities.

The INFO PM manages the coordination efforts between internal and external partners relative to the success of the INFO program. They collaborate with the Director of Academic Services, Director of Student Services, Associate Director for Career Services, Associate Director for Admissions, Director of Communications, Undergraduate Academic Affairs, and UW IT.

The INFO PM also has a special focus on facilitating outreach efforts, helping to grow and diversify the student community in collaboration with faculty, staff, and students across the school.

The INFO Program Manager must be an exceptionally professional individual who works well in a highly confidential environment, has outstanding initiative, and can deliver effective results working independently. This position contributes to iSchool decision making and strategic planning processes and is responsible for developing and implementing program policies.
