Job Summary: | This position will join an administrative team that provides support to the Infectious Disease Division, which includes the HIV Care and Prevention Program. The division currently has 28 faculty members, 8 advanced practice providers, and numerous program and research staff. |

Responsibilities: | Performs administrative duties to support providers, staff, services, and unit programs. May serve as the primary contact or customer service representative and subject matter expert. Tracks, prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple ongoing clinical, research or academic projects. Requires Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) knowledge or training.

Qualifications: | Required: At least one year of experience in customer service. Preferred: Proficiency with computers and technology, experience in Microsoft suite and other systems/software, experience in a healthcare system or university/academic setting. |
Work Schedule: | Work schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-5pm. |
Work Type: | Full or Part Time: 50% - 100% |

Salary: | Minimum $17.25 HOURLY |
