Implementations, Lead Specialist

Position Description:
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift

Location: Remote

The Implementations, Lead Specialist will serve as a facilitator for projects related to new business. Assists with onboarding new clinics, clinic expansions and other related projects.  Lead Specialists communicate project status and disseminate information to all groups associated with the implementation process regarding key deliverables and deadlines.  Typical duties of the Implementations Lead Specialist include good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with good active listening skills. Ability to work well in a team setting and a high level of understanding of the team’s services and goals.  The Implementations Lead Specialist will be highly encouraged to complete the professional growth and competency program assigned to this position to develop the skills and knowledge to advance to the next appropriate job family level.

Position Requirements:
Required:  High School diploma or equivalent.  Minimum of three years’ managing projects or working in clinic and/or business operations or healthcare.
Preferred:  Customer service or related experience.
