Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager manages corporate and educational partnership client projects from contract signature through project launch. This position oversees projects within Enterprise Partnerships division (within ETS). The Implementation PM leads project teams that comprise internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures project objectives are achieved on schedule, while satisfying agreed upon requirements and specifications within the project's scope. The project manager must use a combination of skills including professional communication, an ability to ask critical questions and seek client feedback, use of tact/diplomacy, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflict.

Primary Responsibilities
•    Lead all aspects of Client and Educational Partnership implementations; including platform configurations, integrations, and any other deliverables related to a successful launch.
•    Work with departments/stakeholders customers and account managers to determine goals/requirements, scope, and timeline needed to facilitate and coordinate project deliverables to achieve a successful launch.
•    Develop strong relationships and effective collaboration with customers and project team to verify that there is a clear understanding of project outcomes and timelines.
•    Manage the day-to-day details of the project including the plan, schedule, resources, task assignments, scope, issues and risks.
•    Track progress and monitor all development activities.
•    Facilitate effective and focused project meetings.
•    Brief the project team on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and input from the team on project planning and execution.
•    Adhere to project methodology including proper documentation as well as the original plan, any working papers, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs and any other documentation related to the management and administration of the project.
•     Act as a business analyst to translate customer and WFE requirements to configurations and deliverables needed to achieve a successful WFE launch.
•    Develop a User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and lead customer through UAT testing, with emphasis on achieving customer acceptance.
•    Solicit client and project team feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in WFE implementation and integration workflows. Conduct value stream mapping analysis, root cause analysis, and DACI decision making to evaluate and implement new process improvements. 
•    Evaluate project risks, issues, and blockers trends across WFE Implementation projects to inform program and process changes that can mitigate these trends.

•    Ability to manage multiple short-term projects, under tight deadlines, successfully accomplishing project goals. 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex and varied relationships.
•    Ability to navigate multiple tools, software, and processes to effectively contribute to organization.
•    Ability to express oneself effectively within groups and in one-to-one conversations; within many levels of an organization, including Senior Leadership.

Work Experience
- 4-8 years of overall Business / IT experience: which must include experience in client facing roles, and leading projects and/or product implementations successfully
- Knowledge and application of project management principles and tools.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio.
- 1-2 years business analysis experience desired.

$82,800.00 - $124,200.00 - Salary
