1. Maintain HDMZ schedules for facility, equipment, and services.
2. Maintain HDMZ inventory and monitor equipment condition.
3. Assist faculty and students with HDMZ technology, including Mac and PC platforms, media and language course software, and peripheral equipment, such as DSLR and HDV cameras, digital recorders, scanners, printers, and other devices.
4. Assist with HDMZ and Walker media classroom technology, including laptop classroom.
5. Communicate effectively with ITSS regarding network, computer, and printing technology issues and other technology issues in Walker classrooms as needed.
6. Create documentation and instructions for use of computers, software, equipment, and other resources.
7. Coordinate and document use of the facility for any testing or required assignments.
8. Maintain internal HDMZ communication using project management software.
9. Maintain and create content for the humanities website, blogs, and social media accounts.
10. Assist the HDMZ Director with other support duties as assigned.
11. Apply safety-related knowledge, skills, and practices to everyday work.
12. Commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and applying them to everyday work. Actively engage in University continuous improvement initiatives.
