Summary of Position

The Human Resources Partner will be a personable, experienced human resources business partner that is a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Provide a wide array of standard and customized high-quality HR services to support achievement of the University’s mission and strategic plan, adapting to the needs and styles of a diverse workforce in operational, academic, administrative, union and non-union environments. The scope of responsibilities encompasses the full range and complexity of HR challenges that are strategic, tactical, and operational in nature.

Other minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience in human resources work, or Master’s degree and three years of related experience.
